All our products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Before placing your order, kindly refer to the size chart provided on our website to ensure you select the correct size.

Return of product is eligible only if there is any damage to the product and it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. The item should be returned to us in the original condition Please contact our customer service team with details and images of the damaged item to initiate the process.

As all pieces are custom-made in the sizes ordered, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for sizing issues.

Laces and few embellishments will change according to the availability and suitability.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.

For example, each time we restock our fabric supplies, considering they are all handwoven by humans/artisans- the possibility of slight weave variations or colour variations within an acceptable tolerance may happen as these aren’t factory made.

All our clothes are always made to order & hence we require 3 Weeks for all orders.

Please read the product description carefully before placing an order as everything is made-to-order and cannot be exchanged.

Nevertheless, if your piece is damaged, please send us a photo and request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the package and receipt of the item to tinyweaves.in@gmail.com or whatsapp the details to +91-9363074454. You will need to ship it back to us.

This policy does not cover used or washed clothes.

WASHCARE

Please note that all our clothes are handwoven, hence washcare is of utmost importance. Handwash as separates in cold water works best for all.

Silks, Silk blends, Organzas & all festive/occassion wear needs a dryclean only.
